This all-inclusive part of our trip will handle everything from accommodations, 5-star cuisine, transportation and activities.

Day 1 – Saturday, Oct. 14th

We will greet you at the Lihue Airport and shuttle you back to the property, talk about room assignments, meet the other guests who have arrived and enjoy poopoo’s together until all the guests have arrived on the property. Then, we will go to the beach so you can enjoy your first sunset in paradise. After that, we will return home for your first amazing dinner prepared by our executive chef, who will be with us for our entire stay here on Kauai.

Day 2 – Sunday, Oct. 15th

Wake up, enjoy a complete breakfast, and get ready to explore the North Shore together. Off to the blue room cave, which is a collapsed lava tube with a freshwater lagoon at the bottom. Then, we will arrive at the beginning of the Napali Coast hiking trail where we will hike the first 2 miles of the trail to the first beach at Hanakapai. On our way back, we will stop at all the view areas, seeing the famous Hanalei Valley and the surrounding mountains as well. And of course, the beautiful beaches.

Day 3 – Monday, Oct. 16th

Talk about the day’s adventures over breakfast and then set out for the 4 waterfalls in a day tour. Kipu Falls, Ho’opi Falls, Opaeka’a Falls, and Wailua Falls are all on our itinerary. Be prepared to get wet and feel what it is like to swim in your own private lagoon with a majestic waterfall in the background. Return home for a fantastic lunch, then grab your snorkel gear and beach towels for a relaxing day at the beach. Finish up the day with another wonderfully prepared dinner from our master of culinary treats.

Day 4 – Tuesday, Oct. 17th

With breakfast in the books, we will drive together to a Hawaiian village and then take off for a 6-hour kayaking adventure up the Waialua River. Here we will explore the jungles of Kauai, seeking out secret waterfalls and ancient Hawaiian fern grottoes. After this adventure, we will freshen up and head back to the North Shore towns of Hanalei and Princeville, with the possibility of an amazing sunset waiting for us.

Day 5 – Wednesday, Oct. 18th

After breakfast, we are off to Kapaa and Poipu to do some last-minute gift shopping and nature exploring; the world-famous Sprouting Horn, Poipu Arch and my favorite beach, Shipwrecks. We will also visit our local rainbow eucalyptus forest. If there are any animal lovers in the group, we can also visit the local animal shelter. If we have time before sunset, we can explore the sea caves that dot the coastline through a network of secret paths that are waiting to be discovered.

Ride one of the newest 65’ catamarans, while enjoying spectacular views of the ruggedly pristine Napali coast. Learn the history and legends of the original inhabitants of the Garden Isle. Top it all off with a wonderful dinner prepared by an on-board chef followed by a breathtaking sunset at sea.

Day 1 – Friday, Oct. 20th

Fly to Maui, and after we pick up our rented van, we will drive to the Ka’anapali Beach Hotel, which is situated along a spectacular stretch of the famed Ka’anapali Beach – the best beach in Maui. This hotel prides itself on providing you with an “authentic Hawaiian experience” embodied in a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Every day, guests can participate in a variety of free Hawaiian activities including Hula lessons, lei making, lauhala weaving and more. Each evening enjoy the hotel’s complimentary hula show, other musical entertainment, and dance away under the stars. There are a few restaurants, as well as the Tiki Bar and Grill for small bites and wonderful cocktails at the pool. The beach activity center will set you up for the activity of your choice, be it parasailing, scuba diving, or snorkeling. You can snorkel on your own or watch divers leaping off the Black Rock next to our hotel. Today you can shop at Whalers Village, relax on the beach, or at the pool, enjoy a massage, then stop for a bite at the many wonderful restaurants along the water and beach path. Tonight we will meet by the Tiki Bar for a drink at 6:30 before heading to the town of Lahaina for a group dinner at my favorite restaurant, Lahaina Fish Company. Lahaina is a historic whaling village and Maui hotspot, which is also home to the world’s largest Banyan tree. Friday night is “Art Night” in Lahaina and you can meet many local artists.

Day 2 – Saturday, Oct. 21st

Meet in the hotel lobby at 7:00 AM where we will be picked up by our private driver to spend the day in Hana. We will get to stop everywhere the tour buses don’t. Explore “off the beaten path” destinations and have the freedom to chase down unexpected experiences as they pop up on the road. This is one of the most spectacular experiences in Hawaii. The road winds 50 miles past taro patches, magnificent seascapes, waterfall pools, botanical gardens, as well as the Bamboo Forest. (Included)

Day 3 – Sunday, Oct. 22nd

Today you have the choice of two optional trips:

Redline Rafting

If you’re looking for a true adventure look no further. The Forbidden Coast Tour for snorkelers would leave even Jacques Cousteau smiling from ear to ear. Zoom across the water to a remote volcanic coastline where you will view Maui’s most recent lava flow along with a number of enchanting caves, lava arches, and grottoes. See the protected Hawaiian green sea turtles, beautiful fish, and perhaps the Hawaiian spinner dolphins that call the bay home. Redline will take you to a few places other companies do not go, and will get you to the more popular places before the rest of the boats show up. A delicious breakfast and lunch are included. Afterwards, you may want to go to the town of Paia, since we are close by. Paia,  a former plantation village, is the oldest and coolest “Hippy” town in Maui. Although it has shops, funky restaurants and bars, the town still has the old charm feel. Have a drink in Charley’s, Willy Nelson’s favorite bar. You never know what you will see here or who!

Gemini Snorkel/Sail Catamaran

This excursion picks you up right on the beach. There are many places to relax on board, in the shade or sun, ensuring you a relaxing morning. While snorkeling, keep your eyes peeled for sea turtles, whales, and fish of all colors moving through their natural habitat. On the sail back, enjoy an open bar and delicious buffet lunch. The boat even has its own waterslide.

After a fun day of snorkeling and sailing, tonight would be the perfect night to go into Lahaina to see Warren and Annabelle’s Magic and Comedy Show, Maui’s favorite nighttime entertainment on Front Street.

Day 4 – Monday, Oct. 23rd

Maui Downhill Bike Ride Sunrise at Haleakala Crater. Start your day on top of the world. Enjoy a personalized and guided tour to Haleakala “House of the Sun” at 10,023 feet. Continental breakfast served prior to sunrise. This trip offers breathtaking panoramas from the rim of the crater. It’s like living in the clouds.
