Travelers are encouraged to purchase travel insurance, which will provide reimbursement for all non-refundable payments and for cancellations due to medical issues or other covered reasons.

In the event that a traveler wishes to cancel his/her reservation, a request must be made in writing by email to:

Deposit is not refundable after 30 days.
90 – 120 Days from departure full trip amount is due and there are no refunds.
This is why we suggest trip insurance.
