Step 4: Travel Insurance and Cancellation Policy

Travelers are encouraged to purchase travel insurance, which will provide reimbursement for all non-refundable payments and for cancellations due to medical issues or other covered reasons.

In the event that a traveler wishes to cancel his/her reservation, a request must be made in writing by email to:
info@annsadventuresintravel.com.

After deposit and at anytime of cancellation, a charge of $200.00 will apply in addition to other penalties listed below:
120-90 Days from departure – $300.00 cancellation fee
89-60 Days from departure – $500.00 cancellation fee
59-30 Days from departure – 50% of trip cost
Within 29 days from departure – no refunds available

Confirmed airfare is non-refundable.
