Step 4: Travel Insurance and Cancellation Policy

Travelers are encouraged to purchase travel insurance, which will provide reimbursement for all non-refundable payments and for cancellations due to medical issues or other covered reasons.

In the event that a traveler wishes to cancel his/her reservation, a request must be made in writing by email to:
info@annsadventuresintravel.com.

Below is the Ann’s Adventures in Travel cancellation policy:

61+ Days from Departure: $100 cancellation fee
60 – 31 Days from Departure: $250 cancellation fee plus non-refundable tour operator costs.
30 – 15 Days from Departure: $400 cancellation fee plus non-refundable tour operator costs.
Within 14 Days from Departure: No refund offered.
*Confirmed airfare is non-refundable.
